| St. Marys is a large area containing approximately 94.8 square miles. The Street Department maintains 221 city roads and streets totaling approximately 75.25 miles. This includes both paved and dirt roads. They also maintain numerous city owned parking lots, parking meter areas, and sidewalks. In addition, the crew performs various programs throughout the year including the spring and fall clean up days, road paving, leaf pickup, road grading, street sweeping and line painting.
